1. Eligibility for Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
