All orders shipped to the continental United States qualify for free shipping. There are zero hidden fees at checkout, and the price listed on each product page is the final amount you pay.
All of our pet toy inventory is stored and shipped from our domestic warehouse in the US, so there will be no cross-border transit or customs hold-ups to slow down your delivery.

2. Order Processing Timeline
Orders get packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Processing will pause on weekends and national public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Window
Once your order ships out, most locations across the US will receive their package in 3 to 7 business days. We work with reliable domestic shipping carriers to ensure steady delivery nationwide.

4. Shipping Address Reminder
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrectly entered address, we can help resend your item at a minimal additional cost.

5. Assistance for Slow Deliveries
